Documents Required with the admission form:-

• Dully filled admission form.
• Original School leaving certificate, if studied in a school earlier.
• Photocopy of Report card, if studied in a school earlier.
• Passport size Photographs (4).
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
• ID-Proof of Parents (Photocopy of Ration Card is must with SSSIM ID no.).
• Photocopy of Caste Certificate ( if a child belongs to OBC/SC/ST etc).

Withdrawal Procedure

• If any parents want to take T.C after completion of session they have to submit application before 31st march. Otherwise they will have to pay one month fees for the next class.
• If the child is with drawn in need session or expelled from the school the fees and changes paid (except caution money) will not be refunded in part or in full.
• Transfer certificate will not be issued until or unless all the dues are cleared.
